One of the funny things about being featured in Venus Magazine is that both Emily and I got to submit real BBQ recipes. Emily's delicious BBQ Carrot Recipe is in the Mag with the article, and my Lime Cabbage Slaw Recipe is on their website. I told my parents that cooking school is finally paying for itself, even though I no longer do it professionally.
My boyfriend and I make this slaw all of the time. Everything has lime in it at our house!
